Michael Eads
Principal, Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Michael helps keep us—across six floors and beyond—operating as harmoniously and efficiently as possible. In his role managing production, he works with the design team to make their designs come to life in ways you can touch, feel, and hold in your hand, whether the project is a college fair travel piece, a giant sign to brand an office lobby, or an elegant coffee table book to celebrate a corporate anniversary. No matter what’s being made or the scope of our internal and external collaborations, it gets done right under Michael’s watchful eye.
“The people and the work I encounter each day—both inside and outside our Blackstone Square brownstone—motivate and inspire me. My colleagues at Sametz Blackstone each bring experiences and stories that make days here rewarding and enjoyable, though always demanding. Likewise, the clients we work with, many going back more than 10 or 15 years, challenge us every day to bring our best and treat us as true partners in the work we do together.”

Everyone in the office could tell you how much I love my

My favorite view in the world is
Anywhere staring at the ocean
