Seattle Symphony
A bold, energetic visual and verbal identity for a decidedly modern musical organization.
We collaborated with the Seattle Symphony to re-define and re-launch their brand—and to promulgate it through print, digital, and spoken communications. Very different from our other orchestral clients, the new communications are rooted in the Seattle Symphony’s particular mix of attributes and, in particular, the character of the city of which they are an integral part.
A refined palette (featuring a very hot magenta—certainly unique to this orchestra), new fonts, a new taxonomy of offerings, an evocative approach to imagery, and a rebranding of their hall (to mitigate confusion between the Symphony and the publicly-owned hall) are all important components of this comprehensive rebranding initiative.
